Judgment Exercising & Choice Making

People usually bring me in when there is a choice to be made.

By that point, there is rarely a lack of information. More often, there is too much of it.

I evaluate situations, assumptions, data, processes and conclusions against the purpose and the outcome they were originally created to serve.

At this stage, judgment is applied to irrelevant and incoherent information that has accumulated around the original environment and it is usually distilled enough now for a choice to be made.

I do not provide certainty.

I do not predict the future.

I do not promise outcomes.

I apply independent judgment and personal experience to a defined situation and deliver solid conclusions that enable a choice.

I do not represent financial institutions, law firms, consulting firms, investors or third parties. My work is performed independently and is based solely on the information available to me throughout the engagement.

The process is fully transparent and the choice always remains with the client.
